It is generally advisable, upon receipt of an item with a factory rechargeable battery, to disregard the displayed or indicated charge and ensure full charging. Whether it concerns a mobile phone, an electric razor, or an e-bike, prioritizing the initial charging is always recommended. Training: Unleashing the Puckipuppy
