In contrast, smaller or lighter individuals might find midtails or longtails more appealing due to their handling characteristics that resemble those of a standard bicycle. Nonetheless, the weight is positioned higher on the rear, which may cause some users to feel uneasy about the potential for tipping. Personally, I own a longtail and appreciate its maneuverability, but ensuring everything is securely strapped on the rack or within the panniers can be a hassle.
