In 2024, the Mercedes-Benz E-Class underwent a redesign, introducing the All-Terrain wagon which starts at $75,850, inclusive of a $1,150 destination fee.
Exclusively available in the U.S., the All-Terrain comes at a premium. It is $12,400 more expensive than the sedan and can be compared to the GLE-Class SUV, which starts at approximately $12,000 less.
Both the E-Class sedan and the GLE-Class SUV come equipped with a 2.0-liter turbo-4 engine paired with a mild-hybrid system. Conversely, the All-Terrain model boasts a more potent 3.0-liter turbocharged inline-6 engine with standard mild-hybrid technology, producing 375 hp and allowing for an estimated 4.6-second acceleration from 0-60 mph.
The E-Class All-Terrain features enhanced capabilities for off-road driving, including raised suspension, all-wheel drive, underbody protection, and rugged wheels and tires tailored for unpaved surfaces such as grass, mud, rocks, and snow. Additionally, there is a specialized All-Terrain drive mode for low-grip surfaces.

Standard off-road features include off-road-themed graphics on the display screens (12.8-inch gauge cluster and 14.4-inch infotainment screen), transparent hood tech, air springs, adaptable dampers, LED headlights, a surround-view camera system, and more.
Moreover, the All-Terrain model offers various comfort and convenience features such as memory seats, a panoramic sunroof, Burmester premium sound system with Dolby Atmos, augmented reality navigation, and a power-operated tailgate.
Previously, Mercedes also provided the AMG E 63 S wagon in the E-Class lineup. As of now, there is no news on a new E 63 generation or the availability of a potential wagon variant in the U.S.
