Tesla is encouraging soon-to-be high school graduates to submit applications for its Manufacturing Development Program.
The company led by Elon Musk believes that the Manufacturing Development Program offers an opportunity for young visionaries and pioneers to build their careers with Tesla.
“Join recent graduates residing in California, Nevada, New York, and Texas who have kick-started their career journeys through the Manufacturing Development Program. Upon application, individuals will engage in a series of informational sessions and interviews. Those chosen will receive an offer and be welcomed to a signing ceremony,” as disclosed by Tesla.

Tesla’s Manufacturing Development Program incorporates courses at a nearby college. Upon program completion, Tesla will grant a Tesla Advanced Manufacturing Certification. Recipients of this certification, formerly high school students, can leverage it to apply for a full-time Production Associate role at any Tesla Gigafactory. These roles offer compensation packages with perks, including TSLA stock ownership.
Following a sequence of layoffs, Tesla has recently begun posting new job vacancies. In May, 20 positions within the Autopilot team were listed on Tesla’s careers webpage. Earlier this month, Tesla advertised numerous job openings spanning various sectors throughout the United States.
