When Aston Martin joined forces with Formula One team Red Bull Racing to develop a hypercar, it was clear from the beginning that it would showcase extraordinary performance, surpassing even the impressive capabilities of the Vulcan and its more aggressive AMR Pro variant. Although the Vulcan has already been presented to some potential buyers, details about the new hypercar have been limited. However, Aston Martin has now unveiled new images of the vehicle, highlighting updates made since its last promotional display.

The hypercar’s design bears a resemblance to contemporary Formula One vehicles, though it has been adapted for road use. A rear three-quarter view reveals aerodynamic features similar to barge boards, strategically placed behind and inside the front wheels. The diffuser is large enough to accommodate an aircraft carrier, while the wing mirrors the sleek, low-drag designs favored by various teams on high-speed Formula One circuits like Monza and Baku. Air is channeled from above and behind the cockpit, although not as prominently as in an open-wheel car.

Inside, the cabin is enveloped in carbon fiber without any noticeable storage options. According to the press release, occupants can adopt a reclined seating position reminiscent of those found in open-wheel and endurance racing cars, providing more room than the car’s compact design might suggest. The driver is greeted by a high-tech, rounded rectangular steering wheel that features knobs, buttons, paddles, and an OLED screen. This steering wheel is not only similar to those used in Formula One but can also be detached for easier entry and exit, serving as a theft deterrent as well.

To grasp the extent of the engineering that drives this car’s remarkable performance, one only needs to look at the badge on the front. This badge is just 70 microns thick—less than three thousandths of an inch—and almost as thin as a standard sheet of A4 paper.

There is much more to learn about the hypercar in its official release, catering to both admirers and potential Valkyrie buyers. However, many are keen to see images of this stunning vehicle. Enjoy the visuals.
