For quite some time now, road trials have been conducted on the upcoming LaFerrari successor, known as F250. Recently, a prototype with pre-production bodywork was sighted, unveiling some of the design intricacies of Ferrari’s forthcoming flagship hypercar. Based on the most recent spy shots, @uness_design has crafted a couple of digital representations.
The styling of the front fascia appears to draw inspiration from the 12Cilindri. However, it is unlikely to be a direct replica. It is anticipated that the front end, inspired by 365 GTB/4, will be distinctive to the 12Cilindri. Apart from that, the other elements, such as the S-duct and vents on the front bumper, have been meticulously executed.
The overall design of the LaFerrari successor appears to have taken cues from the iconic Ferrari F40. It features a flat front end and squared-off front fenders. Additionally, the door panels exhibit a substantial undercut, aiding in directing airflow towards the engine compartment.
Shifting attention to the rear, the LaFerrari successor showcases a retractable spoiler with prominent end plates, elegant LED taillights, and a centrally positioned exhaust outlet. The ventilated engine cover is also reminiscent of the perspex cover on the F40.
The upcoming flagship hypercar from Ferrari is anticipated to utilize a hybrid power unit. However, rather than a V12, the F250 is expected to be propelled by a more compact twin-turbo engine.
