The Lamborghini Urus is not a shy beauty in its most fundamental guise. Embellished with sharp, assertive edges and an interior reminiscent of a cockpit that makes you sense more akin to a Top Gun aviator than a mere driver, the Urus is magnificently ostentatious just as it is. Recently, I had the opportunity to drive a Urus in a matte gray color with neon green accents, and I thought that was quite daring.
In response to that, the luxury car customization company Mansory declares, “Watch this.” As a part of its exclusive “One of Ten” collection, Mansory has unveiled its Lamborghini Urus Venatus Evo with an array of upgrades that might cause even Ferruccio himself to marvel in amazement.
Drenched in a cascade of forged carbon fiber confetti, the Mansory Urus features a distinctive gradient white-to-black paint job from front to back. A sizable fixed rear spoiler ensures the SUV stays glued to the road, a crucial aspect when taming this machine. It’s even more robust than a stock Urus, which comes equipped with a 4.0-liter twin-turbo V8 producing 641 horsepower and 627 lb-ft of torque: This custom version amps up the output to 900 hp and 811 lb-ft.
Established in 1989 by Iranian-British modifier Kourosh Mansory, the customization workshop is renowned for eye-catching hues and extravagant builds (including armor upgrades). Mansory’s facility specializes in customizing luxury and high-performance vehicles from brands like Ferrari, Rolls-Royce, Bentley, Aston Martin, Bugatti, Lotus, Maserati, and Mercedes-Benz, and operates as the Porsche tuning division of Rinspeed AG in Switzerland.
This particular Mansory Vanatus Evo S model may not be bullet-resistant, but its interior in yellow with white leather from the dashboard to the gearbox may dissuade potential wrongdoers by dazzling them. As a child, I had my room painted in yellow; I adore the color. Nevertheless, it’s not everyone’s cup of tea, and this Urus may surpass even the most ardent yellow enthusiast’s limit. The individual who ordered this SUV is likely someone with an extra touch of extravagance.
Mansory has adorned this bespoke Urus with a customized hood featuring engine-cooling vents, forged carbon lattices on the front fenders, and lightweight wheels. This package that begs for attention would feel right at home in the glitzy cities of Las Vegas or Dubai, perhaps you might even come across it in your neighborhood. If you do spot it, capture a photo and send it my way.
