“I want to encourage everyone to invest in catering,” Dardick expressed during the discussion. “I urge online ordering firms to invest, but at the same time, be sincere in their communications, so there’s this fusion between ‘What is promotion? What holds truth?’ And I urge the online ordering companies tuning into this podcast to invest in catering, but they need to define, ‘What actually constitutes catering in that context?’… I am of the opinion that the restaurant technology vendors at the order management tier who will come out on top are those capable of providing both takeout and catering within one solution. The competition is tight!”
