Genesis Distributes Vehicles in Canada with a Stylish, Clear, Illuminated Trailer

A novel strategy for Hyundai’s premium brand Genesis in Canada involves delivering their vehicles to homes or offices, eliminating the need for customers to visit a dealership. But it doesn’t end there. On some occasions, they transport a new luxury sedan in a Chevy Silverado pulling a large, transparent trailer (equipped with interior LEDs for nighttime visibility), showcasing the vehicle to its new owner and spectators. This level of opulence is truly unexpected.

Post-delivery, a Genesis representative conducts a full walkthrough of the vehicle’s features and luxuries, akin to a dealership experience. They address queries, hand over the keys, and officially transfer ownership without the buyer having to leave their residence. Moreover, they arrange for a “secondary delivery” where a representative visits the customer at home to inquire about their experience with the car. Any questions following the initial ownership period can be answered by the Genesis representative.

Home-based services extend beyond deliveries to encompass test drives and maintenance. Interested in test-driving a Genesis vehicle? They will bring one to your doorstep for a spin. Need maintenance for your G80 or G90? Genesis will provide a shuttle service to collect your vehicle, carry out the necessary servicing, and return the car once complete. Genesis claims that this personalized, at-home service and customer-focused convenience is exclusive to Canada within the automotive industry.

The individuals at TheStraightPipes witnessed the high-end trailer firsthand and engaged with Patrick, Genesis Canada’s Product Strategy and Marketing Manager, to discuss the program and the cutting-edge luxury sedans offered by Genesis. Witness their firsthand experience below.
