Maserati is observing the 2-decade milestone of the MC12 hypercar with two fresh special versions – the MC20 Icona and MC20 Leggenda.
In 2004, Maserati made a resurgence in the world of sports car racing with the legendary MC12. The MC12 GT1 famously sported the blue and black Vitaphone Racing livery, while the MC12 Stradale was available in the distinct blue and white color scheme.
The Maserati MC20 Icona showcases the Bianco Audace Matte and Blu Stradale hues of the MC12 Stradale. Additionally, it displays the Maserati Fuoriserie emblem in Bianco Audace on the side, positioned near the wheels, and features the Italian tricolore flag on the doors.
The silver hubcaps of the chrome-plated wheels bear the Trident logo in blue. The car’s brake calipers are also adorned in a striking blue. Auto-dimming mirrors and a carbon engine cover add to the car’s allure.
The MC20 Leggenda exhibits the Nero Essenza and Digital Mint Matte artwork. It also flaunts trident wheels in Nero Lucido featuring Nero Opaco and Trident Digital Mint hubcaps, with the Trident logo in yellow gracing the grille, doors, and C-pillars, along with black brake calipers.
Both unique versions feature sporty interiors equipped with light 4-way monocoque racing seats embroidered with their respective names on the headrests. The carbon fiber interior package comes as standard in both models.
