This average, nevertheless, can fluctuate depending on the vehicle in operation. Judging by the ranking by the insurance rate comparison website of manufacturers and models most probable to be driven by guilty speeders, it’s safe to say that some prejudices don’t just fortuitously materialize out of thin air.

Regarding Maserati, the GranTurismo predictably topped the list for speeding tickets while the Quattroporte stayed relatively within the law.
The most and least probable VW, Subaru, and Alfa models to have been apprehended for speeding present similar patterns. The more performance-focused GTI, WRX, and Giulia rank at the zenith of their respective brands while the laid-back Beetle, Ascent, and Stelvio rank at the bottom.
Volkswagen

Granted, all the data is solely derived from over 4 million drivers who had applied for an insurance plan via Insurify, and this is not an exhaustive compilation based on government-supplied, nationwide statistics. Nonetheless, it paints a reasonably accurate picture that doesn’t diverge drastically from the general reality.
Conversely, the information from the insurance site indicates that Lincoln is the sole brand with drivers least prone to possessing speeding tickets on their records, with under nine percent having been found guilty of surpassing any speed limits. Yep, that seems accurate.
