Calibrating the setting on any RC vehicle is vital, but maintaining consistent settings throughout a competition is even more critical. JConcepts introduces the servo bracket for the RC10B7 series of cars. Crafted from lightweight aluminum, the servo support brace has been a fundamental component for racing vehicles from previous iterations. With a straightforward and elegant design, it has delivered performance and tracking benefits consistently over the years on the track.

The bracket fits snugly within the chassis servo mounting space, enhancing support while the sturdy 2 screw mounting points are well-engineered for a direct attachment to the chassis. Designed with set screws on both sides to aid in aligning and retaining the servo position under race conditions, impacts, and collisions. The specific placement of the set screws against the servo case provides extra support to keep the servo in the desired position, ensuring consistent steering adjustments.

The servo holder can be easily installed without any alterations or additional hardware in RC10B7 models. The latest design for the newest Team Associated vehicle accommodates a bit more space for servo lead on commonly used servos like the Savox among other similar models. Featuring a sleek wrap-around design, an attractive aluminum finish, and a laser-engraved JConcepts.net logo, this brace not only offers consistency and performance adjustability but also adds a stylish touch. JConcepts epitomizes World Proven Innovation and Design.

Installation Instructions –

To install, remove the servo completely from the vehicle along with the standard mounts. With the servo horn correctly positioned, incorporate plastic shims or do without as previously done on the servo. Affix the brace on both sides and loosely secure the factory mounting screws with washers at the 4 designated points. Next, center the servo between the brace and attach the set screws on each side, applying a small amount of thread locking compound (#8136) RM2 thread lock adhesive and tighten them to make contact and secure the servo in place.

Tighten all 4 mounting screws on the front to lock the servo in place. Always remember to use a small amount of thread locking compound when fastening steel screws into aluminum. Reinstall the servo onto the vehicle, adjust the trim, and check the EPA settings to finalize the assembly.
