Bentley is marking its centennial anniversary with the introduction of a special Centenary Specification for all of its 2019 vehicle lineup. This distinctive feature draws inspiration from the brand’s rich history and memorable events over the past century. This special specification will apply to all Bentley vehicles manufactured at the Crewe, England factory between January and December 2019.

To celebrate this milestone, the cars will showcase a variety of enhancements including Centenary badging, unique seat embroidery, one-of-a-kind treadplates, and other exclusive elements that are expected to increase their appeal as collectible items from the moment they leave the assembly line.

The Centenary models will feature a unique Centenary Gold badging on both the front and rear, complemented by special wheel center badges and treadplates engraved with “1919-2019.” Additionally, the steering wheel badge, key fob, and gear selector will incorporate a similarly thoughtful design.

As passengers approach the vehicle, they will be welcomed by a unique centenary light. Inside, these special models will showcase custom seat embroidery, featuring Centenary Gold logos on the headrests and either Centenary Gold Contrast Stitch or Cross Stitch detailing.

What exactly is Centenary Gold? It is a sophisticated metallic gold shade inspired by the craftsmanship on vintage Bentleys, such as the EXP 2 from 1919 and the 1929 Birkin Blower. This color encapsulates the brand’s storied heritage and racing successes, offering “an elegant warm tone and a deep fluid shadow.” It has been specifically developed to glisten and reflect light like fine jewelry.

The Centenary Specification will be available across all Bentley models, including the sporty Continental GT, the Flying Spur sedan, the flagship Mulsanne, and the Bentayga SUV..
