AmaWaterways has introduced a new cabin upgrade initiative that enables guests with upcoming cruise bookings to bid on room enhancements.
Through the new upgrade program, guests will have the opportunity to move to a higher category stateroom before their cruise begins. Here’s how it functions.
An email will be dispatched approximately 85 days prior to cruises that offer upgrade options.
This email will detail available cabin upgrade choices and allow guests to indicate their maximum bid for an upgrade.
Guests can submit offers for multiple stateroom categories to enhance their chances of securing an upgrade. (Only the selected upgrade will incur a charge).
If a guest’s bid is accepted for an upgrade, they will receive a congratulatory email. The bidding process remains open from submission up until three days before departure.
