The Norwegian Jade has made its arrival in Boston, marking the beginning of its fall season in the Northeastern United States and Canada.
This program, which runs until late October, includes a series of roundtrip cruises to various destinations throughout Canada and New England, including places like Corner Brook, Charlottetown, and Portland.
Since departing from its new homeport in Massachusetts on August 29, the Norwegian Jade is currently conducting a seven-night cruise in the region.
Alongside two days at sea, the cruise itinerary incorporates stops in Halifax, Charlottetown, Sydney, and Corner Brook.
The fall schedule will continue until mid-October, when the Norwegian Jade will reposition to Miami for a selection of short voyages to the Caribbean and the Bahamas.
Looking ahead to the 2024-25 winter cruise season, the ship plans to provide options ranging from three to 14-night cruises in the area, as well as open-jaw trips to the Panama Canal.
Prior to its Boston deployment, the Norwegian Jade was operating Caribbean cruises departing from Port Canaveral.
Following a summer season focused on the U.S. Northeast and Bermuda, the Norwegian Gem has also begun its fall program, now sailing in Canada and New England.
This ship will operate various itineraries between Boston and Quebec City throughout late October.
Ports of call for the seven-night cruises include Bar Harbor, Halifax, Sydney, Saguenay, Portland, and Charlottetown.
Another Norwegian Cruise Line ship, the Norwegian Breakaway, recently debuted its seasonal program in the U.S. Northeast, arriving in Manhattan on August 25.
This 4,100-guest vessel is providing week-long cruises to Bermuda, Canada, and New England.
In addition, two other ships from the line will be operating in the region in the upcoming weeks: the Norwegian Sky and the Norwegian Joy.
While the Norwegian Sky offers open-jaw cruises to Canada and New England, the Norwegian Joy is scheduled to feature itineraries lasting five to eight nights, which also include stops in Bermuda.
