Attention young car enthusiasts and Ford truck aficionados! Exciting news is here. In collaboration with Penguin Random House, a new series of children’s books featuring Ford trucks is set to launch.
The series will be released by Penguin Young Readers, starting with the book titled The Good Night Truck. Aimed at children aged 4 to 8, this hardcover picture book narrates the journey of a family traveling in their Ford truck. As they cruise gently through the town, the little one is gradually lulled to sleep while enjoying the neighborhood’s sights and sounds. The Good Night Truck will be available for purchase on August 27, in both English and Spanish editions.
On November 5, three board books will be released, designed for children up to three years old. Ford: Colors and Ford: Numbers will introduce toddlers to basic concepts, alongside new Ford vehicles. In addition, Ford: Road Trip will take little ones on adventures to the beach, through mountain trails, and more. Notably, this road trip board book will be uniquely shaped like a truck to engage young readers further.
The series will expand with more titles in 2025. According to Publishers Weekly, new concept board books focusing on shapes and letters are set to debut in April, along with a title called First 100 Words slated for a later release. The partnership will also introduce books for older children, including a search-and-find title, a sticker activity book, and a nonfiction book. Current and forthcoming titles in the Ford series can be explored at Penguin Random House and purchased at major retailers, both online and in stores.
