As we conclude the month of May, the JConcepts crew continues their winning streak on racetracks across the United States! Discover more about our ongoing success in this latest Race Team Update!

Hunter King

Our first stop for this update is at Beachline Raceway in Cocoa, FL. It played host to the 5th Round of the Florida 1:10 RC Championships, and our drivers showcased their skills, with team member Hunter King securing a 5th place in the 17.5 2wd Buggy and earning the 2nd spot overall in the 13.5 4wd Buggy category!

Trent Walker

In the Mod 2wd Buggy class, JC driver Trent Walker showed his talent and secured the 6th position overall!

Patrick Rossiter Jr. and Tom Sherman

Patrick Rossiter Jr., a JConcepts driver, shared his impressive results – finishing 6th in the 13.5 4wd Buggy category and dominating the 13.5 Short Course Truck class by securing the TQ (Top Qualifier) spot as well as the win! Joining him on the Short Course Truck podium was fellow JC driver Tom Sherman, who grabbed the 3rd position! Tom also mentioned his victory in the 13.5 Stadium Truck class and success in the lower mains for the 17.5 2wd Buggy class!

Ennis Graves

Heading up north, we arrive at the grand opening of High Voltage Speedway in Anderson, SC. JConcepts team member Ennis Graves marked the beginning of a winning streak for our team by clinching victory in the 13.5 4wd Buggy class!

Josh Parrish

Crossing the state border, we reach Thunder Alley R/C Speedway in Lucama, NC. During the recent Round 4 of their MidWeek Mayhem Series, JConcepts driver Josh Parrish displayed exceptional performance by securing the triple TQ and victories in the Mod 2wd and 4wd Buggy categories, along with the 17.5 2wd Buggy class!

Wade Piggott

Continuing our journey northward, we receive updates from team member Wade Piggott. Over the weekend, he participated at the Tiltyard in Dayton, VA, and concluded with a 4th place finish in the 1/8 Electric Buggy and a commendable 2nd place in the 1/8 Nitro Buggy category!

Chuck Berg

Traveling to the “Hoosier” state, we catch up with team driver Chuck Berg. He recently participated at Finish Line Raceway in Hudson for the 2nd Round of the Tri-State series, which featured a whopping 144 entries! Chuck competed in two classes and concluded with a 5th place finish in the 1/8 Nitro Buggy and an impressive 2nd overall position in the 1/8 Nitro Truggy category!

Lukas Klein

Lastly, from the “Land of Lincoln,” we receive an update from JC driver Lukas Klein. His recent visit to Rockdale saw him participating in Crawler competitions at the TBA venue.Canyon RC Park was situated to take part in an Eliminator challenge, emerging victorious in the top spot!

Jake Stoeltzing and Ashton Abdul

In the “show me state,” we caught up with JConcepts driver Jake Stoeltzing as he participated in the 4 States Championships race at Chicken Dinner Raceway in Neosho. Competing in the 1/8 Nitro Buggy category, he secured the 4th position on the podium! His fellow tire partner Ashton Abdul also clinched the 2nd spot overall!

David Alford

Venturing to Oklahoma, let’s gather some updates from the team participating in different tracks. Beginning in Yukon, where Taylor Park Raceway is located, team driver David Alford enlisted to compete in Round 3 of their points series. Following the race, he claimed the TQ and secured the 2nd spot in the Late Model category!

Billy Caldwell

Also joining this round was fellow JC driver Billy Caldwell in the Outlaw Sprint category. He succeeded in conquering the C Main and narrowly missed the transfer to the A Main after displaying impressive speeds throughout the event!

Brian Stanton

JC driver Brian Stanton participated in the races at Battleground RC Speedway in Muskogee, where the Azalea Nationals event occurred. He competed in the Open Late Model, Open Sprint, and Midget Sprint categories for this tournament. Unfortunately, he faced a DNF in the Sprint class, secured the 6th position in the Midget class, and clinched the 3rd spot on the podium in the Late Model division!

Brandon Kearney

Our next destination is in Omaha, NE, home to the HobbyTown USA HobbyPlex (The Plex). During the recent weekend, they held another round of their Summer Series, where the team wrapped up their performances. Starting with team driver Brandon Kearney, he shared that he secured the 6th spot in Mod 4wd Buggy and the 5th position in Mod 2wd Buggy!

David Peavler

Team driver David Peavler mentioned his achievements of securing the 6th position in Expert 17.5 2wd Buggy and the 4th place in 40+ Mod 2wd Buggy!

Alex Sturgeon and Mason Herrick

Team driver, and HobbyPlex race director, Alex Sturgeon had a notable performance in the latest round. He secured the 3rd spot on the Mod 4wd podium and also clinched the TQ along with the 2nd place in the 40+ Mod 2wd Buggy category! Sealing the victory in the Mod wheeler class was his tire partner Mason Herrick, who also grabbed the 3rd position in Mod 2wd Buggy!

Emerson Sturgeon Andrew Thomas Daniel Bender

JC driverEmerson Sturgeon emerged victorious in the Expert 17.5 2wd Buggy division, achieving a clean sweep on the podium for the JConcepts team alongside fellow JC drivers Andrew Thomas (2nd) and Daniel Bender (3rd)!

Orlando Martinez

Orlando Martinez, part of the team, participated in three categories during this round, achieving a 5th place finish in the Expert 17.5 2wd Buggy, and securing third positions in the 40+ 2wd Buggy and Expert 13.5 4wd Buggy classes!

TJ Williams Daniel Bender and Orlando Martinez

TJ Williams, a JConcepts driver, claimed victory in the Expert 13.5 4wd Buggy class! Alongside Andrew and Orlando, he completed the JConcepts podium sweep! Additionally, TJ secured a 4th place finish in Expert 13.5 4wd Buggy, and dominated the 13.5 Stadium Truck class with a TQ and victory!

Joe Scaramell

Our journey now takes us north to FTR Raceway in Foley, MN, for the 2nd Round of the State Championship Series. Joe Scaramell, a team driver, put up a strong performance finishing 9th in 1/8 Electric Buggy, and achieving a TQ and win in the 35+ 1/8 Nitro Truggy category!

James Rodriguez

In Arizona, JConcepts driver James Rodriguez sends in his latest update. He competed in Round 1 of the AZRC Dirt Oval series at Dunns Arena in Litchfield Park, securing a 6th place finish in Super Late Model, and a 5th position in Outlaw Sprint!

Chris Raymond

Let’s now jet off to sunny California to witness the team’s performances in various events across the state this past weekend. Chris Raymond, representing the team at SDRC in San Diego, shares his triumph of securing 3rd place in 30+ 2wd Buggy!

Davey and Levi Raymond Chase Raymond

His son and fellow JC driver Chris Raymond demonstrated his skill by securing the 5th spot in the Mod 2wd Buggy category, as well as 3rd place in Mod 4wd Buggy! To finalize the podium sweep in the mod wheeler division, his brother Levi Raymond (2nd) and Davey Batta (1st) joined him!

Matthew Gonzales, another JConcepts driver, engaged in the Mod 2wd Buggy category and emerged victorious from the event!

Jeremy Bunting

Over at Rescue RC Raceway in Rescue, the Nor Cal RC Monster Trucks Points Series Round 2 unfolded. Team driver Jeremy Bunting excelled by making it to the finals in the Retro class with his Shotgun replica vehicle, and clinching victory in the Challenger Spec Class with his Titan monster truck!

Rob Moots

Our final highlight for this week comes via team driver Rob Moots. In Round 3 of the Spring Fever point series at Auburn RC, Auburn, he dominated by securing double wins in the Mod and 13.5 Sprint classes!
