To celebrate the introduction of the 2019 Infiniti QX50, a luxurious midsize crossover, Infiniti has partnered with Marvel Studios’ Avengers: Infinity War. Movie enthusiasts will get a sneak peek of the Infiniti QX50 in the superhero spectacle.

“It’s a thrilling moment for us to collaborate with Infiniti for the first time,” stated Mindy Hamilton, the Senior Vice President of Global Partnerships and Marketing at Marvel. “With the much-anticipated launch of the QX50 and the epic release of Avengers: Infinity War, we identified an incredible opportunity to share our common interests in daring, adventure, excellence, and innovation with fans nationwide.”

Described as “a double celebration of years building up to a monumental moment,” the collaboration between Infiniti and Marvel signifies the fruition of long-standing efforts. The movie represents over a decade of narrative development, while the Infiniti QX50’s engine symbolizes more than two decades of work to design a powertrain capable of seamless transitions between performance and efficiency – introducing the world’s first production-ready variable compression ratio engine, the VC-Turbo.

As per the luxury brand’s announcement, fans can also enjoy exclusive Infiniti experiences from April 18 to May 31, 2018, including a featurette exploring the origins of the Infinity Stones, interviews with the cast and crew, content from previous Marvel Cinematic Universe films, and footage from Marvel Studios’ Avengers: Infinity War.

During a recent screening of the film, I caught a brief glimpse of the Infiniti QX70 towards the movie’s finale. The scene included fleeting visuals of the SUV for a few seconds, alongside two characters known for their appearances in other Marvel movies – Nick Fury portrayed by Samuel L Jackson and Maria Hill portrayed by Cobie Smulders. For a closer look at the QX70 and its various features, check out the “Date Night” commercial below, featured in a 90-second segment.
